Letter to the Editor: TRIZ-related technique from Lebanon

From: Ziad Daccache

To the attention of TRIZ
cc: Dr. Horowitz / ASIT

Dear TRIZ Editor,

I thank you for the valuable Journal you are providing on the Internet, and for the creative and far-reaching topics that I found beneficial to both the science of management and the practical daily life...

I read the article about "ASIT Compared to Scamper for Devising New Products" and would like to note the following:

I agree fully with Dr. Horowitz that "the ideas resulting from closed-world thinking are not only original but also simple, easy to implement, and can reach the market more quickly" but I would like to shed light on a more Global Closed World called MAN.

Socrates, Pythagoras, and many other Esoteric Masters have treated the mystery of existence from the perspective that man is in the core of existence, and the whole of existence forms the core of his own Self! And that the technique of "Know Yourself" leads to knowing and discovering all exterior facts, phenomena and mechanisms.

I doubt that there are any "breakthroughs” that the Technique of "Know Yourself" may miss. And this Technique by itself is a clear example of the Closed World concept. The invention of the Computer, television, CD ROM, or the microwave oven, are all based on previous inventions and are all, as we may notice, inspired from the Human Being constituents and mechanisms...

Memory was in Man before it became in computers and so was the Brain. The retina of

the eye by itself, for example, may store millions of images per second... Dreams have existed since Man has existed, which I believe is a little bit prior to the invention of the TV... and many other examples that the readers may conclude...

So are we just remembering and bringing to practice and consciousness what is already stored in the unconscious Closed World Akashic Records in Man? Why search for additional info outside, when it is all already inside?

Science does not enhance KNOWLEDGE, it just enhances the means by which it

discovers KNOWLEDGE...." For KNOWLEDGE was, is and will always be the same,

dormant in the Close World inside each Man. The inventions are only arousing and shedding light on the different aspects of KNOWLEDGE... they all come as a result of unfolding Man's Consciousness!

I would like to seek this opportunity to invite you and the Readers of TRIZ and ASIT to consider the GLOBAL CLOSED WORLD CONCEPT and to visit the web site www.esoteric-lebanon.org (English Synopsis for those who do not read Arabic www.esoteric-lebanon.org/synopsis.htm ) which offers new horizons in the technique of “Know Thyself”, presented by Dr. Joseph Majdalani to Lebanon and the Arab world.

I thank you and wish you all the best on these Holidays
