I have read your interesting paper about the problem solved at VW Mexico with TRIZ.

Congratulations for that interesting and successful project.

I just want to clarify that it is not the first Enterprise in Mexico of using and introducing TRIZ.

We at ITESM have helped numerous Mexican enterprises in introducing TRIZ and solving important problems with TRIZ since 1996.
