Report from St. Petersburg, Days 4 & 5 |

Mikhail Rubin has sent a report on the last 2 days of the TRIZ Developers Summit meeting, July 27-8 in St. Petersburg at the St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University. We appreciate his explanation of how the decisions are made about the award of the MA TRIZ diplomas. Our congratulations to B. M. Axerold and N. B. Feygenson, who were awarded diplomas 71 and 72, respectively, and our thanks to all the students and teachers and evaluators for their hard work. The following dissertations were defending:
July 28, 2008 This day was defined for seminars. The first seminar was held by Kudryavtsev A.V. "Requisitions for certification works of the 3rd and the 4th levels. Finding inventive problems solutions. ARIZ and Technical systems trends". 15 specialists on TRIZ participated in it. The discussion was mostly dedicated to ARIZ method of inventive problems solving as it is one of the most important instruments of TRIZ. The second seminar was held by Gerasimov O.M. "Introduction into the methodology of innovation projecting of "G3-ID"". 20 specialists on TRIZ participated in this seminar. All the participants were very interested in "G3-ID" methodology and desired to cooperate with "Algorithm". The participants suggested further organization of such seminars on TRIZ.
