Question: What if a term, acronym or definition is missing?
Answer: RealInnovation.com has created this quality dictionary and populated it with as many terms, acronyms and definitions as possible. If you know the definition of a term or acronym that is missing, please post it -- others will appreciate your efforts because you will be highlighted as originally posting the term! If you don't know the definition, check back soon as we can guarantee you that someone else knows it!

Question: How do I post a new term?
Answer: Navigate to the letter of the quality dictionary that corresponds to the first letter of your term or acronym. Select the "Post New Term" icon to the right of the alphabet. The remaining instructions can be found on that form.

Question: A definition is wrong. How can I modify it?
Answer: Here's the beauty of this system -- it's always improving itself! If you find a term you feel is incorrect, simply select the "Edit" button associated with that term. You can modify the definition and take ownership of the term. If you are unsure if your definition is correct or you would like to add additional information, just append to the end of the definition.

Question: Are you serious? You trust me to post and modify definitions to terms that tens of thousands of people view per month?
Answer: We're here because we share a passion for improving products and services throughout the world. If we don't trust in eachother, where are we then? Go ahead and make a post -- it won't hurt. And the best part is that if you're not 100% sure you have the "best" definition, someone will be along to help improve it. Isn't the Internet great?!
