SSystem Conflict

An interaction among system parts in which the useful function/action simultaneously causes a harmful effect or introduction (intensification) of the useful function/action. Or an interaction in which elimination or reduction of the harmful function/action causes deterioration or unacceptable complication of one of the parts or of the whole system. (aka Engineering Contradiction, Technical Contradiction)
